DESIRES OF THE PALACE in Pointe-à-Pitre

Opened more than 10 years ago, Fabienne Youyoute's first store still keeps its power of attraction and its desserts their surprising effects intact. Just elected “Best Craftsman in France”, here ice cream and sorbets are king and pastries are the order of the day. You can taste traditional creations such as coconut ice cream or atypical flavors such as cassava flour, cinnamon and cow's milk ice cream (the owner's favorite) or even Corosol ice cream, fruit of a local tree.
