Main missions:

Join the Zawag team, a semi-gastronomic restaurant at La Créole Beach Hotel & Spa, an emblematic hotel establishment in Gosier.
We are looking for a passionate bartender (M/F), with an excellent sense of service and detail, to offer our customers an experience that is both elegant, friendly and refined.
As part of a dynamic team, you will participate in the development of our catering offer and our cocktail menu, in an atmosphere combining excellence and Creole hospitality.

As a Bartender/Barmaid (M/F) you will have to:

  • Welcoming customers.
  • Prepare and serve drinks (cocktails, soft drinks, alcohol, coffee, etc.) according to orders and establishment standards.
  • Provide room service.
  • Guarantee the cleanliness of the bar and the equipment (dishes, shaker, coffee machine, etc.).
  • Manage beverage stocks and participate in orders if necessary.
  • Strictly apply the rules of hygiene, safety and legislation on alcohol consumption.
  • Participate in setting up the bar before serving (preparing toppings, cleaning, restocking).
  • Tidy up and clean up after service.
  • Participate in theme events or evenings if provided by the establishment.

  • Mastery of techniques for preparing classic and personalized cocktails.
  • Speed and efficiency in the service.
  • Good management of stress and busy periods.

Profile sought:

  • Training: CAP, BEP or Bac Pro in hospitality-catering or specific training in mixology (desired but not mandatory).
  • Experience: A first experience as a bartender is a plus.
  • Languages: The practice of English (or other foreign language) is an asset.

Profile sought:

  • Full BAFA training or equivalent mandatory
  • The lifeguard certificate and/or first aid required

Main missions:

Under the responsibility of the Executive Chef, and/or the Sous-Chef or Chef de Partie, you will participate in the preparation and implementation of dishes, in compliance with technical data sheets and food hygiene and safety rules.

As a Kitchen Clerk you will have to:

  • Prepare and put in place the ingredients necessary for the service (peeling, cutting, preparation of sauces, toppings, etc.)
  • Ensure that the plates are arranged and restocked during the service
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the workstation and the equipment used
  • Strictly comply with HACCP standards
  • Participate in tidying up and cleaning the kitchen at the end of service
  • Assist the kitchen team in its various tasks

We are looking for our future Spa Practitioner.
Position to be filled immediately.

As a practitioner, you will be responsible for:

  • Perform specific massages: deep tissue, hot stones, foot reflexology, lymphatic drainage.
  • Provide facial treatments adapted to the needs of customers
  • Perform aesthetic services: manicure, pedicure, hair removal
  • Actively participate in the proper functioning of the spa (customer reception, cabin installation, compliance with protocols)

Profile sought:

  • Degree in aesthetics or wellness massage required
  • Experience in a spa or luxury hotel required
  • Listening skills, excellent presentation, rigor and passion for well-being
  • Ability to work in a team and to offer quality personalized service
