Join the Zawag team, a semi-gastronomic restaurant at La Créole Beach Hotel & Spa, an emblematic hotel establishment in Gosier.
We are looking for a passionate bartender (M/F), with an excellent sense of service and detail, to offer our customers an experience that is both elegant, friendly and refined.
As part of a dynamic team, you will participate in the development of our catering offer and our cocktail menu, in an atmosphere combining excellence and Creole hospitality.

As a Bartender/Barmaid (M/F) you will have to:

• Welcoming customers.
• Prepare and serve drinks (cocktails, soft drinks, alcohol, coffee, etc.) according to orders and establishment standards.
• Provide room service.
• Guarantee the cleanliness of the bar and the equipment (dishes, shaker, coffee machine, etc.).
• Manage beverage stocks and participate in orders if necessary.
• Strictly apply the rules of hygiene, safety and legislation on alcohol consumption.
• Participate in setting up the bar before serving (preparing toppings, cleaning, restocking).
• Tidy up and clean up after service.
• Participate in theme events or evenings if provided by the establishment.

Know-how:

• Mastery of techniques for preparing classic and personalized cocktails.
• Speed and efficiency in the service.
• Good management of stress and busy periods.

Know how to be:

• Excellent sense of contact and welcome.
• Careful presentation.
• Dynamism, punctuality and team spirit.
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality.

• Training: CAP, BEP or Bac Pro in hospitality-catering or specific training in mixology (desired but not mandatory).
• Experience: A first experience as a bartender is a plus.
• Languages: The practice of English (or other foreign language) is an asset.

Under the supervision of the pizzeria manager, you will be responsible for the welcome and satisfaction of the hotel's customers on the beach. In constant contact with them, you will respond to their requests and complaints.

Your mission will be to:

• Manage equipment rental
• Check the equipment
• Promote the establishment's products and services
• Take charge of payments

• You have a background in catering and/or have experience in a similar position
• You have knowledge in sales techniques
• Autonomous and organized, you know how to manage priorities. Discreet and friendly, you have good sense
• Position that may be subject to a high rate of work.

• Create fun and varied activity programs for children, adapting them to each age group
• Ensuring the safety of children at all times
• Ensuring the relationship with parents, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain the equipment provided
• Explain and enforce rules and procedures

• Full BAFA training or equivalent mandatory
• The lifeguard certificate and/or first aid required
• You love working with children, and are creative and inventive

Under the responsibility of the Executive Chef, and/or the Sous-Chef or Chef de Partie, you will participate in the preparation and implementation of dishes, in compliance with technical data sheets and food hygiene and safety rules.

As a Kitchen Clerk you will have to:

• Prepare and put in place the ingredients necessary for the service (peeling, cutting, preparation of sauces, toppings, etc.)
• Ensure that the plates are arranged and restocked during the service
• Maintain the cleanliness of the workstation and the equipment used
• Strictly comply with HACCP standards
• Participate in tidying up and cleaning the kitchen at the end of service
• Assist the kitchen team in its various tasks

As a practitioner, you will be responsible for:

• Perform specific massages: deep tissue, hot stones, foot reflexology, lymphatic drainage.
• Provide facial treatments adapted to the needs of customers
• Perform aesthetic services: manicure, pedicure, hair removal
• Actively participate in the proper functioning of the spa (customer reception, cabin installation, compliance with protocols)

• Degree in aesthetics or wellness massage required
• Experience in a spa or luxury hotel required
• Listening skills, excellent presentation, rigor and passion for well-being
• Ability to work in a team and to offer quality personalized service

• Greet and support customers with elegance
• Ensure a smooth and attentive service, in coordination with the brigade
• Master the menus (food and wine) to best advise customers
• Participate in the training and setting up of the restaurant
• Guarantee the high-end image of the establishment

Proven experience in gourmet catering, attention to detail, excellent presentation, fluent English desired.
