Terms and Conditions of Sale for Pricing
Cancellation or modification by the customer:
1. The customer is reminded that, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code.
2. The sales conditions of the booked rate specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.
3. Reservations with prepayment cannot be modified and/or cancelled. The sums paid in advance as a deposit will not be refunded. In this case, this is mentioned in the rate's sales conditions.
4. When the sales conditions of the booked rate allow it:
- the reservation can be cancelled directly on the Site or via the Mobile Services in the "View or cancel your reservation" section;
- the reservation can be modified directly with the hotel, whose contact phone number is specified in the reservation confirmation sent by email.
5. If the stay is cut short by the customer, the full agreed price will be charged. In the case of a prepaid reservation, no refund will be granted for this reason.
6. Unless otherwise expressly stated, the customer must vacate the room by 12:00 PM on the day the reservation ends. Failure to do so will result in an additional night being charged.
7. All reservations are personal and may not be transferred to a third party under any circumstances, whether free of charge, for a fee, or for commercial purposes.
