2. What personal data is collected?
By browsing our Site, participating in one of our games, or upon arrival at one of the hotels in our chain, you may be required to directly provide us with personal data.
On our Site, mandatory information is indicated by an asterisk as it is essential for processing your request. Other information is intended to help us understand you better and offer you suitable services and/or products. This information is optional.
We collect and process, among other things, your first name, last name, email address, postal address, phone number, credit card number, IP address, connection data, and browsing data. Some data is collected automatically as a result of your actions on the Site.
Through our partners, particularly by booking a hotel room, a hotel + flight package, or by following us on various social networks, you may also provide various personal data. In this case, we invite you to consult the privacy policy of each of these partners.
Sensitive transactions (banking details, etc.) are securely transmitted using encryption and authentication algorithms. These secure transactions are identifiable by the presence of a closed padlock icon in most browsers.
More specifically, please note that for payment purposes, banking details are collected and may be retained by our payment service providers.

3. What Do We Do With Your Personal Data?
By subscribing to our newsletter, you agree to receive our best commercial travel offers for the islands under the name Des Hotels & Des Îles or that of one of the hotels in our hotel chain.

Data from individuals under 18 years of age may only be provided to us by an adult. Please ensure that your children do not transmit any personal data to us without your authorization. Should such a transmission occur, you may contact us to have this information deleted.
