This wellness break starts with a friendly introduction to the basics of stand-up paddle boarding, allowing you to get familiar with your board and glide peacefully into the heart of the lagoon. Once away from the hustle and bustle of the shore, you will find yourself in an idyllic setting, lulled by the turquoise waters of Guadeloupe.
In the open sea, you will practice yoga poses that are specifically adapted to the stability and surface of the board. This discipline uses your deep muscles in a gentle but effective way, allowing you to work on your balance, flexibility and concentration in a completely new way.
