This activity is accessible to everyone: everyone can experience their first dive from the age of 8, without specific medical advice, provided they are in good health and ready to discover the first sensations of underwater weightlelessness.

For those who wish to go further, we offer comprehensive training courses to obtain internationally recognized certifications, whether they are French courses (ANMP/CEDIP or FFESSM/CMAS) or the international PADI system. These courses and internships, which require a medical certificate, will allow you to acquire the skills you need to explore the seabed independently. In order to facilitate your first steps or to regain your confidence, gentle initiations are organized in the safe environment of the La Créole Beach hotel swimming pool, upon prior reservation via our concierge.
