HISTORY, FLAVORS AND THE SWEETNESS OF LIFE
Let yourself be charmed by the brilliance of Terre-de-Haut during an organized day combining guided cultural discoveries and absolute freedom on the coast.
Discover Terre-de-Haut, the iconic jewel of the Saintes archipelago, renowned for its majestic bay and its unique atmosphere. Your adventure starts early in the morning at the Trois-Rivières pier for a ferry crossing of about twenty minutes, offering spectacular views of the coast before docking in one of the most beautiful natural harbours in the world. Upon arrival, a guided tour in a minivan allows you to explore the island's must-see sites effortlessly, including a major cultural stop at the famous Fort Napoleon, where the history of the fortifications meets botanical gardens populated by iguanas.
At lunchtime, you will extend the immersion with a meal with local flavors in a typical island restaurant. It is the ideal opportunity to taste the authenticity of Saintoise cuisine while enjoying the enchanting surroundings. The afternoon is entirely yours: you can devote these hours of freedom to relax on the sandy beaches, to stroll through the colorful streets of the village in search of handmade souvenirs or simply to enjoy a moment of idleness by the sea.
