After sharing a tasty lunch, dive into the history and heritage of the island by exploring the world of rum. You will visit the prestigious Longueteau distillery, founded in 1895, a historic estate that is essential for understanding this Antillean tradition.
The day ends in a friendly atmosphere at La Manioquerie de Germaine. This is a unique opportunity to meet three generations of enthusiasts who will be happy to share with you the secrets of cassava processing and to help you discover authentic “Kassav”.
